Monday-Thursday and stock permitting, we aim to dispatch orders received before noon on the same day, otherwise dispatch will be the next working day. In the event that a product is out of stock we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it is made. We use a FedEx next day service.

All Deliveries over £45 are dispatched FREE within the UK.


Delivery to the rest of Europe

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day. In the event that a product is out of stock we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it is made. We use a variety of courier services depending upon the destination, we aim for delivery to take place within six working days of ordering.

For deliveries outside of Europe please email julietteathome@johngosnell.com with your order and we will discuss options.

Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

RETURNS

We will only refund or exchange unused products if they are returned to us in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems, please notify us in writing, by fax or by email, within seven days of receipt of your order.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped and boxed securely and for your protection we recommend that you obtain a 'certificate of postage' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Replacement goods will be sent to you free of additional postage and packaging costs using our standard delivery tariff.
